Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

No. Our lighting collection is designed for flexible, cordless use without permanent wiring.

How do I install my light?
Installation depends on the model. Please follow the instructions and mounting details shown on the individual product page.

How do I choose the right size and style?

Orders & Returns

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rearranged.store and include a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I return my order?
Return rights depend on your location and the reason for the return. Please review our Refund Policy for the complete terms, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible European Union orders.
